Effective and last updated October 24, 2026. This explains, in plain English, what personal information AgentStack Media ("we", "us") collects on the sites below, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

To deliver what you asked for (publish your listing, submit your product, send alerts or the newsletter), to reply to you, to handle payments, refunds and cancellations, to keep the sites working and secure, to understand which pages are useful, and to meet legal, tax and accounting duties. We don't use your information for targeted advertising.
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the sites, and only for that purpose: Cloudflare (hosting, analytics, and routing email sent to hello@agentstackmedia.com), Stripe (payments), beehiiv (newsletter), and the email services we use to send and receive email. LaunchListed orders: we submit the product details you give us to the third-party directories you ordered, which then publish them under their own policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or others' safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Our own pages don't set cookies. Some parts are run by other companies under their own policies and may use their own cookies: the embedded beehiiv newsletter signup form, Stripe checkout pages, and any site you visit from our links. If you click an affiliate link, the merchant may use a cookie on its site to credit us for the referral. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Because we don't track you across sites, we don't change anything in response to "Do Not Track" signals; we do treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing, which we already don't do.
Statement2CSV (convert.agentstackmedia.com) converts your file in your browser. Your statement file and the CSV are not uploaded to us. See its privacy policy for details.
We keep order and payment records as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes (generally up to 7 years). We keep emails and listing materials while your listing or service is active and for a reasonable time afterward to handle questions, then delete them. Permit Pulse subscriber details are kept while you're subscribed and deleted on request after you cancel. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. Hosting providers keep their own technical logs under their policies.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any issue, and stop Permit Pulse alerts by replying "unsubscribe" or "cancel".
Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, or the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we don't sell or share). We honor these requests from anyone, wherever they live. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email hello@agentstackmedia.com from the email address involved and tell us what you want. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we aim to respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent if you give them written permission. Some records (for example payment records we must keep for tax purposes) may need to be kept even after a deletion request.
Our sites and services are for adults and businesses. They are not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
Our sites are served over HTTPS and card payments are handled by Stripe. We limit the personal information we keep. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we will take reasonable steps to protect your information and let you know if the law requires us to.
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the US and other countries. By using our sites, you understand your information may be processed there.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a material change to how we use personal information, we'll update this page before the change applies.
