Effective and last updated October 24, 2026. These are the plain-English terms for using the websites run by AgentStack Media ("we", "us", "our"). By using our sites or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the sites.

Our directory, guides and jobs board describe third-party tools, companies, jobs and services. We try to keep them accurate, but details such as pricing, features and job openings change often and may be out of date or wrong. Check the original site before you rely on anything. A listing, ranking or review is our opinion, not an endorsement or guarantee of any tool, company, employer or job. We don't control third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, policies or practices. Your dealings with them are between you and them.
Some listings are paid placements. They are labeled (for example "Featured (paid)") and their links are marked as sponsored. Some links are affiliate links: if you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Payment and commissions don't buy a better review; our rankings are editorial.
We don't guarantee rankings, search placement, approval by any third-party directory, traffic, backlinks, sign-ups, applicants, leads, sales or any other result, whether from a free listing, a featured listing, a featured job post, a directory submission, permit alerts or anything else we offer.
Current prices are on our sponsor page and each service's page. If this page and those pages ever differ, the price shown on the service page and the Stripe checkout page when you buy applies. Prices are in US dollars. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout.
Monthly plans (the $49/month featured listing and Permit Pulse) are charged to your payment method at the start of each monthly period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@agentstackmedia.com from the address you used to buy, or by replying "cancel" to any Permit Pulse alert. Cancellation stops future charges. Your listing or alerts continue until the end of the month you already paid for.
Live within 2 business days of receiving your logo, description, URL and start date. Full refund if we haven't published your listing yet; once it's live, the paid period isn't refundable.
Refund policy for featured listings: if we haven't published your listing yet, or we can't publish it (for example it doesn't meet our listing standards), you get a full refund. Once your listing is live, the current paid period isn't refundable. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime and stop at the end of the paid month.
To ask for a refund or cancel, or with a question about any other order, email hello@agentstackmedia.com. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under law.
Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe checkout pages and Stripe's terms apply to the payment. Stripe handles your card details; we never see your full card number.
When you buy a listing, submit a product or job, or email us, you may send things like a tool name, logo, description, URL, screenshots or job details. You confirm that you have the right to share them, that they are accurate and not misleading, and that they don't infringe anyone's rights or break the law. You keep ownership. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, resize, format and display them to provide what you bought (including submitting them to third-party directories for LaunchListed orders) and to show your listing on our sites while it is live. We may edit for length, format or clarity, and we may decline or remove any listing that we think is inaccurate, unlawful, misleading or doesn't fit our sites (with a refund under section 8 if it never went live).
Please don't use our sites to break the law; to infringe others' rights; to send spam or malware; to try to get around payment or access limits; to disrupt or overload the sites; or to copy or scrape our sites in bulk to republish them as a competing service. You may link to our pages and quote short parts with credit.
Our original text, design and compilation are owned by AgentStack Media. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products; this doesn't mean they endorse us. Job listings are owned by their respective sources and employers.
We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) for all AgentStack Media sites, including directory listings and submissions, LaunchListed, AgentStack Jobs, Permit Pulse and Statement2CSV. A copyright notice must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed; (3) identification of the material you say is infringing and enough information to locate it, such as the exact page URL; (4) your name, address, phone number and email; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We review notices promptly and remove or disable access to material where appropriate.
Counter-notice: if your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send our agent a counter-notice with your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, phone number and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any district where we may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the notifier tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers: we remove listings, submissions and postings from, and end accounts or services for, users who repeatedly infringe copyrights in appropriate circumstances. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices can create liability under 17 U.S.C. 512(f). For other concerns, such as inaccurate information about you or your product, email hello@agentstackmedia.com with the page URL and what is wrong and we'll review it.
Our newsletter is sent through beehiiv, and every issue has an unsubscribe link. Permit Pulse alerts go only to paying subscribers or people who asked for a free sample; reply "unsubscribe" to stop them. See our Privacy Policy.
Our content is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting, employment or other professional advice. Permit data comes from public agency records that may be late, incomplete or wrong.
Our sites and services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and that the sites will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, AgentStack Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from or related to our sites or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our sites or services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service involved in the 12 months before the claim, or $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
If you send us content or use our sites in breach of these terms, and that causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally. Any claim that isn't resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and both you and we agree to their jurisdiction, except that either of us may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a part right away, we haven't waived it. These terms, together with any terms shown on the page or checkout where you buy, are the whole agreement between you and us about our sites. We can end or change any free service at any time.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply from that date. Changes won't affect a period you have already paid for.
